Sustainable Futures offers Technical Services for both Excavations and Commercial and Residential Facilities Applications on Lake Keowee. Such service may include:
- Conferring with Duke-Energy’s Lake Services Division on Lake Keowee to insure all standards, policies and guidelines for the project are met
- Consultations with required local, state, and federal agencies dictated by the size and scope of the project
- Correcting and modifying initial application requests if necessary on behalf of client
- Assisting with any mitigation plans that might be required
- Securing the final permits/authorizations to undertake the excavation or requested facility work on Lake Keowee
